Helping our Community's Heroes Unplug, Connect, & Thrive
We empower local veterans and first responders to step away from the stress of the front lines and reconnect through the healing power of the outdoors. By creating an unforgettable adventure and meaningful community, we help our heroes move beyond survival mode and rediscover what it means to truly thrive.
Thrive on the Water Program
At Operation Thrive, we believe that healing doesn't always happen in a therapist's office—it often begins outdoors, surrounded by family/friends, fresh air, and meaningful connection.
Our Thrive on the Water Program provides local veterans, first responders, and their families with a fully hosted outing aboard a 2025 MasterCraft NXT23. Whether they're wake surfing, wakeboarding, tubing, swimming, or simply soaking up the sunshine, each outing offers a chance to step away from the stress of service and embrace the restorative power of the water.
Every experience is provided completely free of charge, ensuring that financial barriers never stand in the way of rest, recovery, family connection, and time spent in the outdoors.
More than just a day at the lake, Thrive on the Water creates opportunities to unplug, reconnect with loved ones, build friendships with others who understand the unique challenges of military and first responder life, and strengthen mental, emotional, and physical well-being.
At Operation Thrive, we believe our community's heroes deserve more than gratitude—they deserve opportunities to heal, recharge, and thrive. Every outing is a reminder that they are supported, valued, and never alone.
This summer, Operation Thrive will launch with one simple purpose: to help local veterans and first responders move beyond survival and toward thriving. Through no-cost days on the water, we will create opportunities for our community's heroes and their families to unplug from the stress of service, reconnect with one another, and experience the healing power of the outdoors. Our goal is not only to reach as many local heroes as possible in our first year, but to build a lasting community of support that will continue to grow for years to come.
